New Environmental Sustainability Levy
Effective 01st August 2023, the Seychelles Government has implemented a levy with the aim to reinforce the Islands commitment to a greener and more sustainable future.
The levy will go towards initiatives of renewal energy and environmental conservation.
Tourists will be levied an amount of SCR 25 per person, per night with payment taken directly at the property.
It is important to note that children under 12, airline company staff, and Seychellois citizens are exempted from the levy.
Note that our published rates excludes the Tourism Environmental Sustainability Levy.
Please do note this levy is collected in cash only on arrival at the reception.

The complex is built on sloping ground overlooking the sea, in a very relaxing setting and consists of three types of accommodation.
Separate Villas (3 each): 135 sq.m. Each has two bedrooms with fan and en-suite bathrooms. Separate fully equipped kitchen. Lounge / Dining room and terrace with sea view.
Studios (3 each): 60 sq.m. Each has a large bedroom with fan and en-suite bathroom. Fully equipped kitchenette. Terrace with sea view on first floor.
One-Bedroom Apartment (2 each): 60 sq.m. Each has a separate bedroom with fan and en-suite bathroom. Lounge and fully equipped kitchenette. Terrace with sea view, on ground floor.
